Please join us on Saturday, September 17th from 10 am – 2 pm in the Gathering Space. Dr. Dale Woods, (Mission and Vision Director of Presbytery) will lead us in a congregational meeting on “Mission and Vision” of Calvin presbyterian Church. Please come and join us as we want to understand who we are and where God is calling us to be as a congregation. Everyone is invited. A light lunch will be provided.

The library at Calvin has not had an active librarian for several years. I have filled in a bit since I resigned when Hans retired; however, the library needs an active committee to keep it going. I am going to be moving this fall to Nanaimo where my daughter lives. I am happy to give a job description for the role, as I have said before. In fact, it would be best if several people worked together to form a team, lessening the responsibility for any one person. It does need, however, a team leader to oversee the library. There is a digital catalogue of the books, pretty well up to date. If there is someone or several folks who have had any experience in this area, the library could certainly benefit from your wisdom and interest. Please speak to Colleen. Thank you.

Come out and join us for a fun game of Scrabble on Saturday, September 24th.

The choir is open not only to members of Calvin Church, but to all members of our Abbotsford community, so feel free to let your friends know. No choral experience is necessary, and all are welcome.
