Please email Margaret Brown at 193544brown@gmail.com and cc: Rev. Thomas Kim at worshipliveshare@gmail.com. Thank you.

MEN’S FELLOWSHIP BREAKFAST: The next fellowship meeting will take place on Saturday, October 3rd at 8:00am at the Roseland Restaurant, 12 – 33550 S. Fraser Way, Abbotsford. The speaker will be Jim Happer, and he will talk about his hip surgery experience.

ABBOTSFORD FOOD BANK: Carole Sookdeo will come to the church once a month to collect the food bank donations from the blue bins. She will collect them on Friday, October 30th and on Friday, November 27th between 10 AM and 12 NOON, so please bring your donations in prior to each of these dates. Thank you.

PRODUCE FOR SALE: This Sunday, September 27th, Jonathan Stevens will bring organic Russian red garlic (1lb. for $5.00 and 2lb. of the small size for $5.00), and organic cantaloupe for $1.00 each. He will have them for purchase from the back of his truck, and all proceeds will go to the Cariboo Church. Thank you.

CHRISTMAS SHOEBOXES FOR SAMARITAN’S PURSE: The Christmas shoeboxes from Samaritan’s Purse are available at the front door. The donation of $10 per box for shipping expenses can be put in an envelope and placed in the top of the box. More boxes and pamphlets with guidelines are on order. Please indicate age and gender of child for whom you are shopping on the top of the box. Options are ages 2-4, 5-9 or 10-14. If you wish me to complete a box for you (as many folks have done in the past) as it is difficult for you to get out and about, please place $30 in an envelope, marked Shoeboxes, in the offering plate. You will receive a tax receipt at the end of the year. The funds will be forwarded to me to complete a shoebox for you.

National Collection Week is November 16th – 22nd.

Thank you.  Margaret Houtby
