Evening of Sung Prayers

You are welcome to join in a one hour experience of sung prayers, stillness, poetry and sacred space on Sunday February 11th @ 7:30pm at St. Dunstan’s Anglican Church,         3025 – 264th Street, Aldergrove. Cascadia Wind Ensemble Concert

Cascadia Wind Ensemble will be holding their Christmas Concert at Calvin Presbyterian Church, 33911 Hazelwood Avenue, Abbotsford, on Saturday, December 16th, 2017 at      7:00 pm.  You can purchase tickets online at       Please see their website for more details.



Lyric Singers, Somerset Trio, and Valley CrossWay Choir will be presenting a joyous concert entitled “Sounds for the Seasons and more…” on Saturday, November 25th at 7:00 pm in the Sanctuary of Calvin Presbyterian Church.

They will perform sacred and secular selections of choral and instrumental works.

Tickets are $15.00 and can be reserved at (604) 340-4353.


This year’s edition has larger white spaces that allow more room for recording events and information. The theme is light and how the light shines in the darkness. With images from across Canada, the calendar’s uplifting messages and colorful design will light up any space.

The cost (including tax) is $6.00 each.

Glen Soderholm, singer / songwriter, from Guelph, Ontario, will be performing in the Chapel of the Epiphany at VST on Friday, November 17th.

Glen is an ordained Presbyterian minister who is currently involved in a house plant and is serving the wider church musically (as well as sitting on the St. Andrew’s Hall Board.)

This FREE concert will be a great way to move into Advent and is sponsored by VST,          St. Andrew’s Hall and University Hill Congregation.

PWS&D representative, Guy Smagghe, recently returned from Malawi, will be giving a presentation at Langley Presbyterian Church, 20867 – 44th Avenue, Langley at 1:00 pm on Monday, November 27th.

Guy will be discussing the ‘Women’s Health Initiative’, and other programs, in Malawi.
